NOTO Labs is committed to ensuring that this Application is useful and as efficient as possible. For this reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the Application or to impose charges for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the Application or its services without clearly explaining what you are being charged for.
The NOTO Labs Application may store and process the personal data you have provided to us in order to deliver our Services to you. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and access to the Application. Therefore, we advise against performing a jailbreak or rooting on your phone, which involves removing the software restrictions imposed by the official operating system. Such actions may make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, potentially compromising the security features of your phone and causing the NOTO Labs Application to malfunction or not function at all. Please be aware that there are certain aspects for which NOTO Labs is not responsible. Certain functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which may be provided through Wi-Fi or by your cellular network provider. NOTO Labs is not liable for any reduction in the functionality of the Application if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or sufficient data quota.
When using the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, you should remember that your agreement with your cellular network provider remains in effect. Consequently, you may incur data charges from your cellular provider for accessing the Application, or other third-party charges. By using the Application, you are responsible for these charges, including roaming data charges if you use
the Application outside of your home region (i.e., area or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you use the Application, it is assumed that you have obtained permission from the bill payer to use the NOTO Labs Application. In this regard, NOTO Labs is not always responsible for how you use the Application, meaning you need to ensure your device remains charged. If the battery depletes and you cannot use the Application to access the Services, NOTO Labs will not be liable for this. Regarding NOTO Labs's responsibility for your use of the Application, it is important to note that, although we strive to keep the Application updated, we rely on third parties to provide us with information so that we can offer it to you. NOTO Labs is not liable for any direct or indirect losses you may incur as a result of relying entirely on the functionality of the Application.
From time to time, we may wish to update the Application. The Application is currently available on Android. The requirements for these systems (and any additional systems we may extend the availability of the Application to) may change, and you will need to download updates to continue using the Application. NOTO Labs does not guarantee that updates will always be available to make the Application compatible with the version of Android installed on your device. However, you are entitled to receive updates when offered. We reserve the right to cease providing the Application and may discontinue its use at any time without prior notice to you. Unless otherwise notified, following any discontinuation, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the Application and, if necessary, remove it from your device.
